In 2025 I left a thirty-year corporate career to combine my two greatest passions — art, positivity and helping people. Based in the beautiful British Virgin Islands, I create original artwork and crafts inspired by the people, landscapes and wildlife of these islands.
Introducing “Awakening”
Awakening is a suite of creative wellness and coaching programmes designed to help you explore, understand yourself better and make meaningful changes to live the life you have always wished for.
Awakening for Mindfulness — The biggest block to creating is our own self-judgement, or the fear of being judged by others. In this space we nurture creative curiosity — exploring and expressing organically, with no plan or outcome in mind.
Awakening for Growth — Monthly workshops that use art-making as a tool for self-awareness, breaking limiting beliefs and patterns of behaviour that get in your own way, and building the confidence to change.
Awakening for Self — As a certified specialist in Emotional Intelligence, Mindset and Transition Coaching, I work with anyone who feels that something needs to change. Together we identify the beliefs and patterns of behaviour that are holding you back — and find a way forward.
Awakening for Success — (coming soon) Group coaching and accountability for solopreneurs building something that matters.
Awakening for Events — (coming soon) Bespoke mindful creativity experiences for corporate teams, private celebrations and special occasions.

Handmade with love in the BVI
A new range of handcrafted jewellery is on its way — one-of-a-kind pieces made with sea glass, crystals and smooth pebbles gathered on my travels. Every piece is unique and no two are alike.

Commissions — the waiting list is open
I am currently working on several commissions and loving every one of them. My focus right now is a gorgeous set of BVI chickens! If you have a beloved pet, a favourite place, a treasured memory, object or a special occasion in mind, I would love to hear from you. These make wonderful wedding, birthday or anniversary gifts.

Our Healing Ocean — BVI Spring Regatta 2026
What an incredible experience. Thank you to everyone who came to say hello at Regatta Village — it meant so much to share Our Healing Ocean with the BVI community, and the conversations, connections and kind words on the day made it truly memorable.
Being selected as one of three artists for the BVI Spring Regatta 2026 painted sail commission was a real honour. If you would like an original artwork or have a commission in mind, I would love to hear from you.
Birds of the BVI — the show may be over, but a few are still available
What a wonderful exhibition this has been. The opening party was a fantastic evening and a real celebration of the extraordinary birdlife of these islands — thank you to Sophie Stanton and the team at Creative Waves Arts Hub for making it so special.
The exhibition featured seven local artists and I am proud to have been part of such a talented group. Many of my paintings have already sold and flown the coop — but a few originals are still available at Creative Waves Arts Hub, Road Reef Plaza. Do pop in if you would like to give one a new home.
