I am an island girl. True to my Bermudian roots, but currently living in the beautiful British Virgin Islands. My happy and healing place is in the natural world, surrounded by water. I am endlessly inspired by the world around me; the colours, textures, reflections, light and shadows. I love watching people, observing relationships and interactions.

You might find me in a café staring intently at a glass of water and studying the way the water distorts, reflects and diffuses the backgrounds, or the shapes and colours on the surface of the glass, or maybe gazing into the sky, trying to work out how I would interpret the cloud shapes in paint.

I love seeing the work of other creatives – the breadth and depth of artistic interpretation in the world is fantastic – and as a result of being inspired by others, my art is an endless journey. I will never settle on a single style or medium because my curiosity drives me to experiment with mediums, methods and subjects. In this way my art is fluid, evolving each time I am excited by a new inspiration.

I mostly work with acrylic, inks, fibre and graphite, but nothing is off limits – I will enthusiastically throw myself into anything.

This journey of curiosity and experimentation hasn't just shaped my art – it's shaped my life. After 30 years leading teams across fashion retail, FMCG, telecom, and financial services, I've learned that creativity isn't just about making beautiful things. It's about healing, discovering who we are, and designing lives we truly love.

That's why I'm launching Awakening in 2026 – combining therapeutic arts workshops and life coaching to guide others on a journey of self-awareness and transformation. Through creativity, reflection, and honest conversation, I help people reconnect with themselves, transform their outlook on life, and find the courage to achieve their goals and dreams. Whether you're feeling stuck in your career, searching for deeper meaning, or simply ready to create meaningful change, I'm here to support you in designing a life that truly fulfills you.

I would love for my art to give as much pleasure to those that see it as it gives me to create. Even better, if I can inspire even one person to grab brush, pen, pencil, ball of yarn and start to make shapes and marks – not for anyone else, but just for the love of making – then I would be happy.
